The Mississippi Gulf Coast has some of the most under-valued real estate in the country in my opinion. Where else in the United States can you go and buy a waterfront lot for under $50k on salt or brackish water with quick access to the bay or gulf?

Now, I absolutely love working with waterfront properties, whether working with buyers or sellers, mainly because I just love the water so much. I also working building and development because I love the planning phase. Have something you want to build/develop on the water? Now we are really talking!

  3. My Knowledge: I have a thirst for knowledge and a competitive drive that inspires me to be the best. My knowledge of the industry and people helps me to overcome most issues easily.
