My Credentials:
I am a the principle broker for Tech Realty. I have obtained my GRI, ABR, and e-PRO designations and have spent countless hours studying my fields of interest to make sure I am always one step ahead of the competition. I love my work and I am highly competitive so learning as much as possible to be the best is what drives me.

My Clients:
I deal mostly with developers, commercial sellers/purchasers, and investors. My business partner does most of the dealing with our residential work although I am the primary marketer for all. Together, my partner and I are able to offer a full spectrum of services and I would pit our two-man team against any office as a whole any day. We work together with our clients to effectively manage every aspect of our day to day business and work more efficiently than any other agent or team I have ever seen.

Buyers (Why you should use us):
Residential buyers will see more benefit from our team work. Andries (my partner) will do the research, help you obtain financing and locate your new home. I will then take over with handling of the contract and working with everyone to get you to the closing table. I currently have a 94% average of getting deals to close ON TIME. The few that were not closed on time were items that were out of my personal control.

Commercial buyers will see my expertise from the beginning. Most commercial buyers know what they want. I am not naive enough to think I know more about your business than you. I will discuss your needs, possibly point out some items you were unaware of, and then go to bat finding the perfect property, location, and price.

Sellers (Why you should use us):
All of the marketing of properties is handled by me personally. As an Internet Marketer for over a decade, I have won several awards for my “skills” in this arena. I personally like to judge my success in other manners. I am in the top 5% of earners in the country in Internet Marketing using non-spam tactics. As pertaining to my real estate clients – I get almost 10 times the exposure to your listing as any other agent in our area and my time on the market has been almost half of that of other agents in the neighborhoods – just ask some of my recent sellers who had contracts on their house within the first week of listing it – in a “down market”.

Investors:
This is my forte and always has been my “bread and butter”. I am GREAT at math, but I also have an uncanny knack for knowing what will and will not make money. When I see something that gives me a “warm fuzzy feeling”, I start crunching numbers. Everyone pitches to investors and most real estate agents overestimate their abilities.
