Just for the record – I know this “error” in the school system happened in the 80′s as someone will undoubtedly point out if they have read the same books I have

The thought process here is still amazing to think about. The possibilities are endless if we changed ourselves and our methods just slightly to be able to help others.

Hi,

Probably the best way that i have found to lose weight naturally is having a fibre rich diet along with drinking a glass of prune juice every day. I also take ‘bowel cleanse’ which is all the rage with the celebrities and it is fantastic. I have been taking it for about 2 months now and have lost about 14lbs so far…not bad eh?

Not only has my health improved for it, I also sleep like a baby every night!
