My old about-me page was a bit long and I had a couple of people tell me it way too much information so I decided it was time to make it a little shorter. My first instinct was to make it longer but I thought I would make things easy on my readers for once 
On October 24th, 1977 the world was graced with my presence. Since then I am sure there has been more than one person who asked my parents what they were thinking when they decided to reproduce…
On a more serious note, i spent much of my younger years like most other boys, playing sports, making straight A’s in school, chasing girls, and taking apart & putting together all the electronics in the house.
Education:
I enjoyed school and went to both public and private schools. I got into trouble on a regular basis but primarily because I was bored (that’s my story and I am sticking to it). I made straight A’s, very rarely ever studied, and constantly strove to be the best (huge competition junkie here). I received my first ‘B’ my second year of college and only missed an A by a quarter of one percent which my Biology instructor refused to budge on. I averaged between 22 and 27 credit hours per semester in college and completed (less one course) two complete programs in a year and a half (Computer Programming and Computer Networking).
A couple of years ago I had an IQ test administered and registered a general IQ of 167 which supposedly means I can comprehend and react on ideas much faster than the average Joe.
I have been marketing online, programming websites, etc for a little more than a decade and can actually remember creating websites without graphics and only being able to get information by IP in the early days, and Telnet before that. I have spent numerous hours in self study and learning by trial and error. I hold numerous computer certifications including MCP, MCSE, CNA, CCNA, A+, Net+, and others. What these basically mean is I know how to work on, and network computers - woohoo, right?
As a real estate professional (as of Sept 2003), I took my same competitive personality to be the best and instantly started educating myself through online reading, books, and seminars and quickly became a very knowledgeable Broker. I hold designations as a Broker, GRI, ABR, and e-PRO. What these basically mean is I know a little about what I am doing, can represent both buyers and sellers, and the e-PRO says little more than I know how to check my email.
About my Work:
As a Real Estate Broker, I enjoy helping others realize their goals of buying and selling but I primarily function as a real estate investment analyst, valuating income producing properties and helping investors determine if they are looking at sound investments or not.
I also operate as a National Real Estate Technology Trainer, teaching other real estate professionals how to use technology to increase their business and their income. I also teach them how to generate passive incomes utilizing their sphere of influence and websites to create a positive monthly cash flow through value added services.
As an Internet Marketer, I primarily stay out of the spotlight. For years I kept to myself and generated a very nice monthly income through affiliate programs, ppc earners such as Google’s Adsense, and other programs. In the past few years I came out of my shell and started helping others learn how to earn money online. I stay away from the large IM sites for the most part and focus on smaller groups who actually appreciate the help. I have developed a few products which help others but I do not push in the mainstream for the most part.
I enjoy helping others and will never turn down a request for help so long as you are willing to work towards your goal.
Religion and Politics:
I have always been told never to talk about religion or politics so I figured I would knock them both out at once and really piss you off 
I figure if you are reading my about me page and have gotten this far you either know me or you are intelligent enough to realize that not everyone thinks the same way so here we go.
I grew up divided between Southern Baptists and Catholics, was baptized under both and don’t care for either. I have done extensive research on numerous religions and have a hard time believing in any. All are based on prophecy, lies, deceit and ramblings of stories that no one really knows the full bit and were merely a collective of passed down thoughts before finally seeing print.
I am very intelligent and very scientific. I do not take anything on blind faith and after reading the bible a couple of times, have seen too many inconsistencies among the different chapters. If I had to make a decision on a religion to be “classified” I would say I probably most believe in the spiritual teachings of Buddha or possibly Druidism. While I would not commit to either 100%, I do believe that, in modern terms, what goes around comes around (Karma) and I believe in the Druid’s teachings of protecting and having respect for your environment - after all, we only have one Earth, right?
Political views are probably more conservative. I do not believe it is the government’s job to support me or anyone else. While I do agree that we should take care of the elderly, I fully believe that if you are capable of working - you need to be. I do not believe our government should have to support, nor do I believe our government should have the control which that support gives, over us. I would have to say I would lean more towards the Republican party as a whole but would not classify myself as a Republican. My main focus would be to stay away from the majority of our country’s Democratic party because they push the programs which I do not believe in and they push them with the goal of making the American low and middle class rely upon them. I do not think ANYONE should be dependent on their government.
Anything Else?
I write about a lot - read the blog, interact. No, I do not care to hear your religious or political views unless I post about it. I simply posted them here so people can see mine if they are interested. I realize that most people reading my blog will not care what my beliefs are because even if we disagree, I am still the same person, helping you make the best of your real estate or internet marketing…
